
Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and content updates on CSRBOXs Impact Platform.
- Manage partner listings, program showcases, and organizational profiles on the platform.
- Monitor engagement analytics and drive strategies to enhance platform participation and visibility.
- Content Development & Curation.
- Develop high-quality write-ups, case studies, and project summaries for CSR and non-profit initiatives.
- Curate and manage articles, research reports, and success stories for publication.
- Support the communications team in creating digital content aligned with CSRBOXs mission.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and development partners.
- Support outreach activities to onboard new partners and contributors to the Impact Platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align platform activities with CSRBOXs broader initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Track engagement metrics and provide periodic analytical reports.
- Use data insights to identify trends and recommend improvements in platform strategy.
- Events & Campaigns.
- Support online and offline campaigns, webinars, and events to promote CSRBOX initiatives.
- Coordinate with external speakers, participants, and media teams for digital engagement.
Mandatory Qualification And Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in CSR, communications, partnerships, or platform management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, CRM tools, or digital platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and analytical skills.
- A keen interest in social impact, sustainability, and CSR ecosystem trends.
