CRSP Capital - Treasury & Fund Analyst

We're hiring at CRSP Capital, a fast-growing NBFC, for a strategic role in fundraising and treasury.

We're looking for a driven professional with 3-7 years of experience in treasury, debt syndication, or institutional fundraising to lead our capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise and manage debt from banks/NBFCs

- Structure funding deals & oversee treasury planning

- Build and maintain lender relationships

- Explore co-lending, securitization, refinance options

- Manage credit rating agency interactions & compliance

Preferred : CA/MBA (Finance), strong lender network, solid negotiation & documentation skills.
