About the Role:

Croma Campus Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently within defined timelines.

- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and morale.
