Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services and corporate.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and deepen engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and address client needs, providing solutions and support as required.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of CRISIL's products and services across sectors
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements:
Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
