Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Digital Marketing to lead our integrated marketing initiatives and drive impactful digital strategies. This role combines leadership, innovation, and hands-on expertise to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across website, social media, and digital platforms.

- Lead enterprise marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business growth.

- Drive ROI-focused campaigns with a demand generation mindset and digital-first approach.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.

- Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.

- Proven expertise in integrated marketing and delivering measurable ROI.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business interactions at senior levels.

- Deep understanding of digital-first marketing approaches and emerging digital trends.

- Experience managing diverse marketing channels including website, social media, and enterprise campaigns.

- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and integrated marketing.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- MBA/PG in Marketing or related field preferred.
