We are hiring a Credit Risk Infrastructure Associate to support enterprise-wide credit risk data management, risk reporting, and regulatory deliverables within a global risk management function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support T+1 risk sign-off processes and resolve data breaks

- Perform data analysis, validation, remediation, and clean-up across risk systems

- Implement and monitor data quality controls for risk inputs and outputs

- Support risk limit management and exposure metric validation

- Produce weekly management dashboards, metrics, and senior risk updates

- Participate in regulatory initiatives (e.g., BCBS 239, FRTB)

- Coordinate with Business, Risk, IT, and Change Management stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of Credit Risk concepts and risk measures (VaR, IRC, SVaR)

- Hands-on experience with Python

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global teams

- Experience in risk data management, governance, and reporting

Desired Skills:

- Understanding of financial products

- Exposure to regulatory risk frameworks and data governance standards

- Experience in business analysis and operational risk processes

Educational Qualification: B.Tech + MBA (mandatory)
