- Looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead the in-house creative strategy team.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the creation and execution of the creative vision across all channels
- Expertly articulate and track creative delivery milestones across varied TATs
- Own the overall quality of excellent creative output and provide direction and leadership to the team as required
- Scale and mentor a team of talented creative folks across copywriting, design, UX, and content production
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Shape brand standards and create processes necessary for optimal creative output across all consumer touchpoints
- Deliver a cohesive brand narrative and develop creative campaigns across different product categories
Experience & Education:
- The acumen to distill abstract business problems into refined, elegant creative solutions
- A consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas, stories and visual concepts
- A solid understanding of brand building, storytelling, copywriting, film and design
- Proven ability to lead a cross-disciplinary team of creative specialists in copywriting, design, and content production
- 8+ years of digital and mainline experience
- 4+ years of leading multidisciplinary creative teams. Experience of working on an in-house brand would be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic positioning, target audience, brand development and multichannel marketing models
- Strong supervisory, people management and leadership skills to lead, inspire, hire and grow the creative team

- Experience of working on an in-house brand, especially direct-to-consumer
- The ability to ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
