About the Role:

As Creative Director, you will own campaign strategy, driving visibility, engagement, and growth across all channels. You will lead 360- marketing campaigns, shape brand messaging, and ensure consistency across digital, influencer, and offline touchpoints. This role combines creativity and strategic thinking, using consumer insights to build strong, differentiated brand communication at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, performance, and offline channels.

- Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and communication.

- Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.

- Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign ROI to optimize strategies.

- Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.

- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5-10 years of experience in copy/design teams within a leading creative agency, or as a creative lead in a digital-first brand in Beauty, Luxury, Personal Care, or Premium F&B.

- Proven experience driving 360- brand marketing (digital, influencer, performance, PR, retail).

- Strong creative instincts with data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Passion for skincare, culture, and building brands that connect with modern consumers.
