Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee and grow our dental pharmaceutical sales in the assigned territory.

The ASM will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), building strong relationships with dental professionals, and ensuring the execution of company strategies at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dental pharma products in the assigned area.

- Drive prescription generation by building and maintaining relationships with dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, and dental surgeons.

- Identify new business opportunities in dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions.

- Ensure effective product positioning and availability in the market.

Team Management:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) or Field Sales Executives.

- Conduct joint field visits with MRs and support them in converting key accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Dental, or related field ( B.Pharm, M.Pharm preferred).

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
