Description: The Country Sales Manager will report to the Senior GM for SAARC and will be responsible for the following: - Accomplishing the 2W sales volumes, network expansion, channel management and ensuring marketing activities for the country - Delivering business volumes and profitability in the assigned market(s) by expanding market reach through channel partners and generating brand trust via marketing and branding activities - Network expansion and channel management for maximising market reach - Tracking and accumulating data for monthly reports on sales volumes, stock/inventory & network plan status Profile: The successful candidate will have the following: - 2+ years of automobile channel sales experience for Nepal and/or Sri Lanka - MBA from reputed B Schools - P&L management experience - The candidate should be comfortable with 50% travel.
