About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics, programming, and martech platforms.
You will work at the intersection of strategy and technology, playing a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making through performance tracking, revenue attribution, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration & Analysis
- Consolidate and analyze data from sources such as websites, digital campaigns, CRM systems, and sales pipelines
- Map and normalize datasets to create unified customer and account journeys
- Build structured views for evaluating campaign and marketing channel performance
Revenue Attribution & Performance Tracking
- Develop models to attribute pipeline and revenue to specific marketing activities
- Design dashboards to visualize lead flow, conversions, and ROI
- Support multi-touch attribution and optimize channel spend
Automation & Reporting
- Build scripts and workflows for ETL, reporting, and visualization
- Maintain automated data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to calibrate dashboards and KPIs
Insights & Strategy
- Translate data into performance narratives and strategic recommendations
- Identify patterns and gaps in the marketing funnel and customer behavior
- Recommend improvements in targeting, content, and resource allocation
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent metrics
- Enforce best practices in data quality, campaign tagging, and tracking
- Document processes and support ongoing marketing data governance
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a data analyst role in a digital environment
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar for data processing and automation
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e., CMS, campaign management, email automation)
- Strong skills in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio)
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and customer data platforms (CDPs)
- Understanding of APIs and cross-platform data extraction methods
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing or account-based marketing (ABM)
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and funnel optimization
