Corporate Transaction Lawyer - Law Firm - LLB/LLM

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Corporate Lawyer to join law firm in Mumbai.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience advising on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE) investments, and cross-border transactions across diverse sectors.

- Advise clients on domestic and international M&A, PE deals, and joint ventures

- Draft and negotiate transactional documents

- Experience advising PE/VC funds, multinational clients, or investment banks

- Assist in structuring deals and preparing term sheets, shareholder agreements, and investment documents

Qualifications & Skills:

- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed institution

- 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm
