
JOB DESCRIPTION - Corporate Relation Officer
We are looking for a Corporate Relations Officer who can bridge the gap between talent and industry by fostering corporate partnerships, driving learner placements, and expanding our hiring network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate corporate leads for learner placements, training programs, and partnerships.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing corporate partners through creative engagement strategies.
- Ensure end-to-end coordination as per corporate client requirements.
- Align and schedule at least 30 interviews with corporate clients every month.
- Achieve monthly placement targets by developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement BTL (Below The Line) campaigns for organic lead generation and brand positioning.

Job Description - Corporate Relation Manager
We are seeking a well-connected, proactive, and relationship-driven Senior Corporate Relations Manager to lead and strengthen our industry engagement for placements and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new corporate partners across IT, Non-IT, start-ups, and MNCs for Train & Hire, Contract Staffing, and Full-time Hiring models.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, TA Managers, Business Leaders).
- Ensure repeat business by delivering high-quality profiles and maintaining post-placement engagement.
2. Talent Alignment & Recruitment Operations
- Screen, shortlist, and share relevant candidate profiles based on client hiring needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end interview processes, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
- Customize hiring models and solutions based on client feedback and industry trends.
3. Student Training & Career Readiness
- Conduct employability training: mock interviews, resume-building workshops, GD/PI sessions, and professional etiquette.
- Partner with internal trainers to ensure student readiness aligned to industry expectations.
- Drive value-based engagement to boost student confidence and placement outcomes.
4. Placement Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, recruiter conclaves, and alumni networking events.
- Publish placement calendars in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve curriculum-industry alignment.
5. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Maintain and update MIS reports on placement statistics, company engagement, student progress, and training feedback.
- Use data to identify gaps and recommend improvements in placement strategy.
6. Brand Building & Industry Partnerships
- Represent the institution at job fairs, HR summits, and industry expos.
- Organize panel discussions, webinars, and recruiter talks to improve brand visibility.
- Leverage alumni networks for referral hiring, mentoring, and corporate outreach.
7. Policy Adherence & Grievance Handling
- Implement organizational policies in placement activities and resolve grievances in a professional and unbiased manner.
- Ensure ethical placement practices and maintain confidentiality of corporate and student data.
