Job Role:

Role Overview: The incumbent will provide strategic legal guidance across business functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust governance, and effective risk mitigation. This role works closely with Business, Credit, Treasury, Compliance, and Senior Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate legal advisory and risk management

- Drafting & reviewing loan documentation, securitisation, assignment & ECB documents

- Regulatory compliance (RBI / NHB / applicable laws)

- Corporate governance & board-related matters

- Managing external counsels and high-value transactions

- Driving legal awareness across business teams

What were looking for:

- LL.B. from a recognized institution (Bar Council enrollment preferred)

- Strong experience in corporate legal portfolio

- Sound understanding of loan documentation, property law & financial regulations

- Excellent drafting, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
