Corporate Lawyer - LLB/LLM

Role Overview:

Seeking a Corporate Lawyer (~10 years PQE) with strong experience in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and transaction advisory. The role involves managing end-to-end transactions, conducting legal due diligence, negotiating complex agreements, and advising domestic and international clients on strategic investments and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute M&A, PE, VC, fundraising, and strategic investment transactions.

- Draft, review, and negotiate SHA, SSA, SPA, investment agreements, and related transaction documents.

- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare risk assessment reports.

- Advise clients on corporate governance, FEMA, Companies Act, and regulatory matters.

- Liaise with investors, founders, corporates, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive transaction closure.

Required Skillset:

- LLB/LLM.

~10 years PQE in a law firm or corporate legal environment.

- Proven experience in M&A, PE/VC transactions, fundraises, and due diligence.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills.

- Ability to independently manage multiple high-value transactions.
