Role Summary:
The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for managing and supporting all legal matters related to corporate operations. This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and advising business teams on corporate governance and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Manage corporate governance matters including board resolutions, policies, and disclosures
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities
- Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and authorities when required
- Support dispute resolution, litigation management, and legal proceedings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal support with business objectives

Qualifications:
- LLB from a recognized university
- Enrollment with a State Bar Council is mandatory
