Role Summary:

This role is part of Emerging Markets HR Corporate team and will be responsible for design and implementation of key HR initiatives for Emerging Markets business of spread across 35+ countries.

Key responsibilities:

Performance Management & Rewards

- Lead annual/quarterly performance cycles: goal setting, calibrations, reviews, and feedback.

- Support compensation planning (increments, promotions, retention offers) with market benchmarking.

- Partner benefits, other salary related requirements; ensure fairness and transparency.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Managing disciplinary processes as and when needed

- Conceptualize and enable execution of engagement agenda (pulse surveys, action planning etc).

- Drive culture-building interventions and leadership connects; track eNPS/engagement scores.

HR Budgeting

- Prepare and monitor annual HR budgets for EM, including headcount, compensation, benefits, and HR programs.

- Track variances, optimize costs, and provide insights for leadership decision-making

Technology Adoption & HR Digital Transformation

- Lead implementation and scale-up of integrated HR technology platforms (HRIS, performance systems, rewards tools).

- Standardize processes across geographies for efficiency and compliance.

- Ensure successful adoption through training, communication, and governance.

Travel Estimate- Travel may be needed basis business requirements

Job Requirements

- Educational Qualification Graduate with MBA from Tier 1 College

- Experience 5+ years of experience in consulting, Rewards COE
