Role Overview:

As the Corporate HRBP for our Navi Mumbai operations, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with department heads and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your expertise will be crucial in managing talent, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement to support the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the textile manufacturing unit, ensuring a high-performance culture.

- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations, to improve organizational effectiveness.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process to attract and retain top talent within the textile industry.

- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee growth and improve overall performance.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining a fair and equitable work environment for all employees.

- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

- Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development, to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness and support business objectives.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards, to attract and retain top talent.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Proven expertise in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and leadership development, within a manufacturing environment.

- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve HR effectiveness.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in an on-site environment in Navi Mumbai, collaborating closely with business leaders and employees.
