Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic HR support and enable business success through people and culture strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a strong employer brand.
- Lead performance management processes and support leadership in capability building.
- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B) to deliver seamless HR services.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Support organizational change management initiatives and culture transformation.
- Drive DE&I and employee well-being initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.
- Strong experience in working with leadership teams in a corporate set-up.
- Prior experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry is preferred.
