Description:
The Corporate HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate needs proactively with our HR department, and develop integrated solutions.

Strategic Partnering:

- Develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance, employee engagement, and company culture.
Talent Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition processes for the corporate functions team, ensuring the recruitment of high-Caliber candidates.
- Implement and manage onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
Performance Management:
- Support the team in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Work with business heads to identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans.
- Address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing any issues of diversity and
inclusion.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor and report on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement levels.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.
Change Management:
- Support the implementation of organizational changes within the corporate functions.
- Assist in the development and communication of change management plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and supporting corporate functions.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
