Job Title: Corporate Funder, US Residential Mortgage

Qualifications and requirements:

- BlDegree or higher with atleast 4 years experience within US Residential Mortgage Industry

- Minimum 4 years hands on experience into Closing/Funding operations (Funding experience is strongly preferred)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

- Ability to interact with the stakeholders in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner

- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume and deadline driven environment. Must be flexible with work schedules and overtime as needed.

- Ability to assume ownership of one's work and to demonstrate a high degree of accountability at all times.

- Data integrity in remote working environment.

- Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Encompass experience strongly preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review executed loan documents for accuracy and completion. Verify all documents are executed in compliance with investor and agency guidelines. Identify any missing or expired documents or incomplete items and address with appropriate parties.

- Reviewing prior to fund and Underwriting conditions to ensure they are satisfied before funding.

- Effectively communicate with Loan Officer, Processor and Escrow Officers of all outstanding conditions and keep them updated throughout the finding process.

- Revise and validate the Closing Disclosure and set up wires ensuring accuracy of wiring instructions.

- Verify and balance funding figures to wire final loan proceeds to Title.

- Remain current on funding guidelines and compliance requirements.

- Perform duties under moderate to close supervision and actively engage supervisor and/or manager to resolve complex issues.

- Manage a busy pipeline and stay on track with multiple loans at various stages of the funding process.

- Adhering to required time frames and cut-offs to ensure timely and accurate fundings.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
