About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead sales initiatives for Siemens PCB, Mechanical Design, and Simulation Tools across the West and North regions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence across key industry verticals such as Automotive, Industrial, Semiconductor, and Defense.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solution sales (PCB, CAD, CAE, or Simulation tools), with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets through consultative and strategic selling approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Achievement:

- Drive achievement of quarterly and annual revenue, New Product Sales (NPS), and AMC targets within assigned territories.

- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive territory sales plans to maximize business growth and market share.

Account Management & Client Acquisition:

- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts across Automotive, Industrial, Semiconductor, and Defense sectors.

- Acquire new clients and ensure consistent growth in both existing and new business opportunities.

- Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Forecasting & Planning:

- Accurately forecast business performance, pipeline, and funnel generation activities.

- Prepare and execute strategic sales forecasts aligned with business objectives and regional goals.

Collaboration & Technical Support:

- Partner closely with the Application Engineering team to deliver product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer support.

- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to influence business strategy.

- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives to penetrate new accounts and sectors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Sales or Marketing

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PCB, CAD, CAE, or Simulation software sales
