Contracts SPOC - Power Distribution Infrastructure

Job Description:

The Contracts SPOC will serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to the Power Distribution Infrastructure Project. The role is responsible for administering EPC contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, managing correspondence, supporting claims and change management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and minimizing contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

The incumbent will work closely with Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, and Client teams to ensure timely resolution of contractual issues while safeguarding the company's commercial interests.

Essential Requirement:

- Applicants must have successfully completed in the role of Contract Manager or SPOC in at least one Power Distribution, Transmission, Substation, or Utility Infrastructure EPC project in Africa. Candidates without African project experience will not be considered.
