Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Head to lead contract administration and commercial functions for infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and clients
- Handle claims, disputes, and contract variations
- Ensure compliance and documentation standards
- Collaborate with project, procurement, and legal teams
- Drive cost optimization and commercial efficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
- BE / B.Tech / DCE - Civil Engineering
- 12-20 years in construction/infrastructure contract management
- Strong knowledge of contract laws and commercial frameworks
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Special Requirements:
- Joining within 1 month
- Willingness to travel for project requirements
