Contracts Associate - Asset Management Firm

We're Hiring: Contracts Associate in an Asset Management Org.in Mumbai.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Associate with 5+ years' experience in contracts or paralegal roles, ideally within asset management or financial services.

What you'll do:

- Review, draft & negotiate legal agreements (NDAs, engagement letters, service agreements)

- Support data protection compliance, including impact assessments & transfer agreements

- Manage legal documentation, invoices & due diligence/KYC requirements

- Collaborate with global legal & regulatory teams

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years' relevant experience in contracts/paralegal work

- Strong communication & organizational skills

- Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel

- Law degree preferred but not mandatory
