Key Responsibilities:


- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements related to financial services, including:


- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)


- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)


- Partnership and Licensing Agreements


- Vendor Agreements


- Engagement Letters


- Terms & Conditions


- RFP-related documents


- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal business teams to understand contract requirements, align terms with business objectives, and mitigate potential risks.


- Legal Compliance & Research: Conduct legal research and ensure all contractual obligations comply with relevant financial services regulations and corporate policies.


- Template & Playbook Development: Create, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and standard clause libraries.


- Negotiations: Negotiate contractual terms with vendors, customers, and partners to achieve favorable and compliant outcomes.


- Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle including renewals, terminations, and amendments - while ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.


- Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases for audit and compliance purposes.


- Team Collaboration: Partner with senior legal and business stakeholders on complex contract negotiations and strategic matters.


- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about evolving industry regulations, market practices, and trends in contract management and financial services law.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB mandatory).


- Experience: 7 - 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracting, preferably within financial services or analytics domains.


- Proven experience handling high-volume commercial contracts and stakeholder negotiations.


- Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and time management skills.
