Job Description:

- Lead the strategy development and execution of bid/tender strategies for solar projects.

- Oversee the preparation and delivery of Bid / tender documentation and other milestones as part of the bid strategy and competitive process rules.

- Identify risks in the bid strategy and develop solutions to overcome those.

- Identify permitting, Environmental and jurisdictional approval requirements as needed for Bidding and commercial & time effect of same for project execution.

- Proficient at contract negotiation & management and experienced with contract specifications, sub-con selection, and project implementation insurance and other approvals.

- Review and manage technical & commercial analysis for Sub-Contractors, schedules, budgets, scope, subcontractors, EHS plans and permit compliance.

- Coordinate with principal / owners / owners engineers and equipment vendors to ensure adherence to and compliance with contract terms and delivery of contractual deliverables in accordance with the project budget and schedule.

- Ensure project quality control and safe construction practices by conducting on site inspections as needed, coordinating with 3rd party firms if necessary.

- Lead and/or facilitate project status update meetings with utilities, EPCs, off-takers and finance counterparties, facilitating discussions with a detailed project plan and high-level status dashboard.
