This position is responsible for managing contingent workforce management processes, currently being run out of Workday. This includes reviewing and drafting SOWs and related contracts for contingent workers and vendors. Responsibilities and Duties: - Managing the administrative process for contract workers and the companies that supply contingent workers, which may include: - Handling Payroll, monitoring internal HR systems and databases. Review and approve or modify budgets. - Monitoring key HR metrics and create detailed reports on HR costs. - Managing onboarding/off boarding for contingent workers through Workday. - Reviewing the current processing around managing contingent workers and suggesting/implementing improvements. - Updating SOPs and Process Maps. - Drafting and processing contract types related to initiating, on-boarding and managing the contingent workers, including subcontractor agreements, independent contractor agreements, contingent worker SOWs, and contingent worker NDAs. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills - Should be able to quickly understand and process information from multiple sources and present findings in logical and creative manner to clients - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight - Extremely high level of attention to detail - Experience with Workday preferred but not required - At least 1+ years' experience in contract drafting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and Adode Functional Skills: - Organized and methodical - Punctual and time-sensitive - Pro-active communicator - Good interpersonal skills - Flexibility Education and Experience: - Graduate in any stream (India) - Paralegal Certification/Bachelor's Degree (US) - 2-3 years of previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications and review and draft SOW/ Contracts for contingent works.
