Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Developer Learning & Organisational Development with 3+ years experience.
- The content developer will be part of the Content Team at HR Anexi and will be responsible for creating content for behavioral training programs.
- Communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner.
- Drive and own decisions to ensure appropriate course representation.
- Lead discussions and actively influence development of new strategies to improve training offerings.
- Design Course Outline as per the learning objectives and developing training material.
- Storyboarding and develop learning content for both e-learning and classroom programmes.
- Liaise with subject matter experts to create learning content and develop relevant exercises and case studies.
- Exhibit creativity and eye for detail in everyday tasks.
- Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content.
- Be aware of various training methodologies and advancements.
- Demonstrate excellent language and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience in the HR industry or L&D function.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
