About the Role:
This role is for someone who wants to learn how to sell ideas, influence decisions, and build long-term client relationships. You'll work with organizations that know performance problems aren't solved by tools alone, they are solved by behaviour change. You would be based in Bangalore and report directly to the Head of Sales - India.

What Role Entails:
- Start conversations with organizations
- Diagnose performance and leadership challenges
- Shape solutions with internal consultants
- Manage long sales cycles without losing momentum
Performance Metrics:
- Strength of discovery conversations
- Quality (not volume) of pipeline
- Win rate on well-qualified opportunities
- Repeat business from first-time clients
The Role Holder:
- You have 3 to 4 years of experience in consultative or solution sales
- You are comfortable selling services
- You listen well and don't rush to pitch
- You value credibility over pressure tactics
Travel: Client meetings as needed
Interview process: 2-3 rounds (Head of Sales, India | MD, India | Senior Stakeholder)
