Consultant - SAP EWM/WM/TM

- We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on SAP EWM/WM/TM Consultant to drive the Supply Chain digitization for one of Europe's largest distribution and logistics networks.

- This high-impact role focuses on the end-to-end deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM), requiring mandatory S/4HANA experience and the ability to integrate complex, real-world warehouse and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities & Implementation Deliverables:

- Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Implementation: Lead the functional design and configuration of all core EWM processes, including:

- Inbound/Outbound Flows: Configure receiving, quality inspection, staging, shipping, and loading processes.

- Warehouse Operations: Implement complex picking strategies, put-away rules, labor management, and physical inventory procedures.

- Transportation Management (TM) Configuration: Design and configure the TM module, focusing on route planning, freight order management, charge calculation, and capacity planning to optimize distribution across the network.

- Technical Integration: Drive the seamless integration of warehouse operational technologies, including setting up and testing RF devices, barcode scanning systems, and mobile data entry across the EWM landscape.

- Advanced Logistics Integration: Ensure end-to-end functionality by integrating EWM/TM with other core modules (SD/MM) and demonstrating proficiency in the integration points with Yard Logistics.

- User Adoption & Training: Lead all phases of quality assurance, including designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and delivering comprehensive training and documentation for warehouse supervisors and end-users.

Key Requirements & Core Expertise:

- SAP Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of professional experience in configuration and implementation across SAP WM and/or SAP EWM.

- S/4HANA Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on project experience working with the S/4HANA platform is required.

- Module Integration: Proven knowledge of TM configuration and the functional integration points between EWM and TM, including awareness of Yard Logistics.

- Language Skills (Mandatory): Fluent English communication skills are required; fluency in Dutch or German is a significant advantage for collaboration within the region.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of complex distribution centre operations, logistics planning, and cross-border transport execution
