Key Responsibilities  Financials  - Deliver assigned revenue budget through project delivery  - Meet AR and WIP targets, reduce ARs of greater than 90 days significantly  - Improve industry client retention rate for YOY Company's Life Sciences, Custom, Database clients  - Ensure active new client acquisition  Project Management and Execution  - Delivery of mid to large sized projects (Custom/database/Pay banding/Comp structuring/C&B Harmonization, other data and relevant consulting project)  - MLS client management, working with CST/AST/Ops on the backend  - Support the capacity building for Workforce Analytics in IS / IS Operations to generate insights for clients.   Education   (degree / diploma) - Master's degree (from tier 1/2 institutes)  Experience   - 3 - 6 years of experience in Rewards space with pre-dominant experience in working with data and data related solutions  - Experience of working with multiple clients and multi-tasking with both internal (team and industry) responsibilities and external responsibilities (client management)  Knowledge and skills (general and technical)   - Command over Microsoft Office suite especially MS-Excel and PowerPoint  - Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative  - Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
