Consultant - HR Operations

HR Consultant engagement:

Looking for an experienced HR Consultant for deployment at a client in Mumbai, to lead HR function.

Job Description:

- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as policies, compensation, benefits, HR practices and Strategies, etc.

- Act to support the people practice in the company by devising strategies for staffing, performance evaluation, training and development, and other key HR functions.

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.

- Make plans to hire, retain, build and scale up the team independently.

- Serve as the point of contact for all employee related matters.

- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

- Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA in human resources with minimum 18 years of experience in Human resource.

- Proven experience as Senior Manager HR / Head HR.

- Result-orientated, high energy with the superlative communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Complete understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.

- Knowledge of employment / labour laws / Statutory compliances.

- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and Data analysis and reporting experience and skills to manage these.

- Ideally 18 - 20 years experience having worked with good companies with robust people practices.

About the role:

This is a finite time Consulting assignment - renewable.

- Client facing and stakeholder management key aspects.

- End to end responsibility for HR operations.

- Strong conceptual, communication and influencing skills are musts.

- Previous consulting experience (4-5 years) will be an advantage.

- Location is Mumbai / Vikhroli.

- Hybrid mode: 1- 2 (full) days in a week - onsite / client office / Other days remote.
