Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of oncology patients in OPD and IPD settings.

- Plan and administer cancer treatment protocols including chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to formulate individualized treatment plans and participate in tumor board discussions.

- Supervise inpatient oncology care and manage oncologic emergencies effectively.

- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and adherence to established clinical and ethical guidelines.

- Contribute to the development and expansion of oncology services and quality improvement initiatives.

- Mentor junior doctors and actively participate in academic sessions, clinical meetings, and case discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- DM in Medical Oncology / DM Oncology from an MCI/NMC-recognized institution.

- Valid registration with NMC / State Medical Council.

- Relevant post-qualification experience will be preferred.

- Strong clinical acumen and patient-focused approach.

- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
