About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategies, manage client relationships, and deliver on revenue targets while guiding a motivated sales team toward achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Generate and manage leads through multiple channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to close deals effectively.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, real estate regulations, and compliance standards.

- Proven track record in real estate sales and business development.
