Description:

- The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts. He/she should have a strong understanding of the services and customer needs.

- This position shall also be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success driven sales network across the respective regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate strong hunter instinct to identify business in industries such as corporates, infrastructure, and residential buildings to meet sales targets.

- Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations with the objective of accelerating business growth.

- Ensure end-to-end fulfillment of all secured orders, maintaining accountability throughout the sales cycle.

- Schedule appointments and engage with senior management (GMs, CXOs, and above) of client organizations.

- Skillfully negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct presentations and demos to effectively communicate our service offerings.

- Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities and propose tailored solutions for business enhancement.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key client personnel.

- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and address technical queries.

- Possess strong field sales experience with a track record of engaging directly with end-users.

- Adhere to internal sales processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collections.

Knowledge, Competencies & Experience:

- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in field sales roles.

- Experience in the HVAC industry is a significant advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to sell to industries such as pharmaceutical, corporates, commercial, and residential sectors.

- Comfortable and confident engaging with senior executives and decision-makers (GM, CXO level).
