Role Description:

- The Director of Finance and Accounting is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading CNH Cares financial strategy, governance, and operations.


- This role oversees the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements, management reports, and budgets in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.


- The director will manage financial planning and forecasting processes, monitor cash flow, and guide long-term capital allocation decisions to support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance and accounting team, setting and enforcing internal controls, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and coordinating audits and tax compliance.


- The role will also partner with senior leadership to provide analytical insights, evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements and automation across finance functions.

Qualifications:

- Strong foundation in Finance, with experience overseeing end-to-end finance and accounting operations in a growing or complex organization.

- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term financial modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of books.

- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, derive insights, support decision-making, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

- Proven experience managing audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and governance frameworks.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing finance and accounting teams.

- Comfort with financial systems, ERPs, and reporting tools; experience driving process automation and efficiency is an advantage.

- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is strongly preferred.

- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise SaaS/tech-enabled services is a plus.
