Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our Marketing team and drive growth for our business.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO, SMM, Designing, and Content Writing.

He/she will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and demonstrating strong managerial skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth for our business.

- Lead a team of marketers and work with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

- Make sure the team is fed with creative ideas and the content posted as a blog, vlog, reel, tweet, post, etc. , is top quality and aligns with brand language.

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website visibility and search engine rankings.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic traffic.

- Manage social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

- Create engaging content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.

- Continuously monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the Marketing team to develop their skills.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

- Identify and implement new marketing channels and tactics to drive growth.

- Overall, not just an executor but someone creative, self-motivated, and driven to take on marketing passionately, and is fearless in trying new ideas and voicing them to management.

Skills Required:.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong ability to manage a team effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset to make informed decisions.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and web analytics tools.
