Compliance Paralegal

Location: Dubai

Experience: 1-3 years PQE

Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Compliance Paralegal for its Dubai office.

Role:

- Support the team on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.

- Assist with regulatory research, compliance reviews and corporate law advisory.

- Support matters involving corporate governance, entity compliance and regulatory filings.

- Assist with due diligence, transaction-related compliance and preparation of regulatory documentation and memoranda.

- Work on matters involving applicable corporate and regulatory frameworks, including cross-border compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified Company Secretary with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience with a Big Four, leading consulting firm or Tier 1 law firm mandatory.

- Exposure to corporate regulatory compliance, Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, governance or transaction-related regulatory work.

- Strong research, analytical, drafting and communication skills.

- Open to relocating to Dubai
