About the Role:

The role is responsible for end-to-end regulatory, statutory, and governance compliance across Africa operations and associated holding structures in Dubai and Gift City. The Compliance Head will ensure adherence to local laws, licensing conditions, corporate governance frameworks, exchange control regulations, tax & regulatory filings, and group compliance standards across jurisdictions.

The position will work closely with Treasury, Legal, Secretarial, Tax, HR, and external advisors, ensuring regulatory readiness, laws and regulations adherence, audit resilience and proactive compliance risk management across all operating companies and holding entities.

Major Challenges:

- Managing compliance across multiple African jurisdictions with differing regulatory regimes

- Navigating evolving telecom, exchange control, and corporate governance frameworks

- Balancing business agility with regulatory discipline

- Maintaining audit-ready compliance in fast-scaling operations

Key Competencies:

- Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, exchange control, and governance

- Experience handling multicountry compliance across emerging markets

- Ability to interpret regulations and convert them into practical, implementable actions
