- Assist in administering the annual Performance Management / Compensation cycle
- Prepare PMS/Compensation related reports & dashboards
- Assist on compensation benchmarking exercise and report interpretations
- Manage Compensation related compliance activities
- Data reporting for public disclosures & regulatory reporting
- Drafting of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR policies and processes
- Liaise with IT & other HR verticals on planning & executing process improvements and system enhancements
Candidates with experience in HRBP, HR Generalist role with good hands on experience of using MS Excel can apply.
