Role Overview:
This is a high-leverage role that sits at the intersection of compensation design, people analytics, and organisational effectiveness across the company's operating geographies.
Beyond owning the C&B framework, this person will serve as the analytical and strategic engine of the HR function, supporting the HR Head with data, insights, frameworks, and execution on cross-cutting people priorities.
Critically, this role must ensure that our compensation and benefits philosophy is applied consistently across markets while remaining locally competitive and compliant - balancing a global framework with the reality of three (and growing) very different labour markets.
KRAs:
- Compensation Philosophy & Architecture
- Compensation Benchmarking & Market Positioning - Multi-Country
- Annual Compensation Review Cycle
- Variable Pay & Incentive Design
- Benefits Design & Benchmarking - Multi-Country
- People Analytics & HR Reporting
- Organisational Effectiveness
- Chief of Staff - HR Function
Skills & Experience:
- 3-9 years of experience with a strong foundation in compensation and benefits
- Familiarity with statutory benefits and mandatory pay components in at least two of the three operating markets
- Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and salary survey methodologies across markets
- Strong analytical skills - proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for multi-entity cost modelling; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to work with ambiguity - local data quality and benchmarking availability varies significantly across markets
- Strong written and verbal communication - this role prepares materials for senior leadership and the board, and must translate complex multi-country data into clear narratives
- Prior exposure to org design, workforce planning, or people analytics is a strong advantage
- Experience in a startup or scaling company where the role requires building frameworks, not just maintaining them
