Job Title: Compensation & Benefits - Reward Strategy

MBA Batch: 2022 & 2023 (Mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits including fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, benefits and special rewards.

- Manage annual compensation, merit, promotion, VPay and bonus cycles for large BFSI employee populations.

- Design and optimize sales incentives, KPIs and PMS frameworks aligned with business performance and desired behaviours.

- Lead career progression, internal mobility and retention initiatives using workforce and compensation analytics.

- Conduct salary benchmarking, pay equity and compensation analytics to ensure competitive and consistent pay structures.

- Drive HR automation, dashboards and MIS for compensation, incentives, PMS and workforce analytics.

- Partner with HRBP, Business, Finance and Payroll for compensation governance, budgeting and accurate payouts.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and Rewards policies across BFSI operations.
