We are currently hiring for the role of a Company Secretary with a Leading Real Estate firm based in Navi Mumbai.
Position: Company Secretary

Location: Navi MumbaiTurbhe
Shift: - 10am to 7pm
- Monday to Saturday working with Sunday fixed off.
Qualification: - CS+LLB will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Need 3to 5yrs of experience post CS.
Notice Period Required: - 15days to 30days.
- This roles is 80%CS and 20%Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate governance policies.
- Support the Board of Directors in their decision-making processes by preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Secretarial Functions:
- Organize and attend board meetings, prepare minutes, and manage company records.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure all legal documents are filed within deadlines.
- Handle documentation related to shareholding, stock exchanges, and regulatory bodies.
Legal and Compliance:
- Oversee legal documentation for property transactions, agreements, and contracts related to real estate projects.
- Liaise with external legal advisors on matters related to real estate transactions, land acquisitions, and property disputes.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, property regulations, and real estate sector policies.
Regulatory Filings and Documentation:
- Prepare and file annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
- Manage corporate filings, including changes to the company structure or shareholding.
Advisory:
- Provide legal and secretarial advice to senior management on governance, legal matters, and corporate strategy.
- Support in M&A activities, joint ventures, and other corporate restructurings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a law degree (LLB).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, governance standards, and property-related legalities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and secretarial software
