Responsibilities : - Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, notices, and minutes. - Maintaining statutory registers and records as required by law. - Filing of necessary returns and forms with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, and RBI. - Conducting legal research and providing advice on compliance-related matters. - Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate documentation. - Liaising with external legal and financial advisors as required. - Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and laws that affect the company and ensuring compliance.
