Responsibilities: - Advising the Company on governance and legal implications of amendments in various laws. - Periodic & Event Based Compliances of Stock Exchange, SEBI, RBI, ROC, etc. - Drafting of Annual reports, resolutions, notices & minutes. - Maintaining various statutory registers as prescribed under law. - Compliance relating to the meetings of Board of Directors and Shareholders. - Drafting of resolutions, notice, minutes, Annual reports including Directors Report. - Annual Filings & Filing of other E-forms - Maintenance of Minutes books, Statutory registers and other support services. - Creation, Modification & Satisfaction of charges. - Advisory and Consultancy services - Drafting & vetting of Various Agreements & Contracts Other Secretarial Compliances including but not limited to - Increase in Authorized Capital - Allotment of Shares - Change in object clause, registered office clause, - Alteration of MOA & AOA, - Appointment, Resignation and Change in Designation of Directors CTC range - 22 to 25 Lakh per annum Location - Mumbai Individual contributor role
