The Company is a Food Manufacturing Company based in Thane and are looking for a Company Secretary Role : Company Secretary Reporting to : Finance Director Total Exp : 4-6 yrs Location : Thane West Working days : 5 day a week 1. Initiate, drive process rigor and accuracy, execute, and manage compliance under Corporate & Other Laws. 2. Compliance with requirements of RBI/FEMA. 3. Maintenance of Statutory registers, records etc. 4. Drafting of agenda, notice, minutes for the board, general meetings and organizing the said meetings 5. Preparing annual reports and returns of the organization 6. Vetting of legal documents, agreements, and contracts of the organization 7. E- Filling of various forms 8. Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, and other statutory authorities. 9. Convening Board Meetings and General Meetings, preparing agenda and minutes. 10. Implementing of Corporate Governance processes. 11. Adhere to all rules and regulations concerning the company practices and procedures. 12. Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits. 13. Advise Board of Directors on key managerial and corporate governance issues 14. Implement policies and procedures for the company 15. Make requisite regulatory filings.
