Company Secretary with Leading Brand in Auto Industry Job Description: Must to have experience with: IRDAI Compliances , Governance, Annual Reports, Statutory, NBEC, Companies Act, Legal Compliances, Drafting and Vetting, Due Diligence Role: - Obtaining License from IRDAI - Managing BQP registration, POSP agreements, POSP Data filing and Broker Code creation. - Timely filing of returns/disclosures to IRDAI. - Drafting of KYC, Grievance redressal mechanism and other policies. - Communicate & arrange various data from Investors. - Various ROC Filing, like SH-7, DIR-12, MGT-6, AOC-4, MGT-7 Etc. - Drafting of Minutes, resolutions and preparing statutory registers. - Downstream Investment reporting with RBI. - Dealing with Bankers, vendors and authorities. - Drafting on various policies as required under various regulations. - Assisting in implementing the Compliance tool. - Single handedly working on obtaining an NBFC license. - Keeping track of FDI, FATF, and other updates
