Xcitiuma global leader in endpoint security and MDRis expanding rapidly in India, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partner Account Manager (Freelancer) to accelerate our channel growth.
If you thrive in outbound sales, love talking to MSPs/resellers, and want to break into cybersecurity, this role puts you at the front line of our partner acquisition engine.
Role Overview:
As a Partner Account Manager (Freelance), your primary mission is to identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners across India.
You will be responsible for high-volume cold calling, educating prospects about Xcitiums partner program, and driving signed partner agreements.
You are NOT doing full-cycle sales your focus is building the top of the funnel and creating high-quality opportunities for our Partner Managers and Sales Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to MSPs, MSSPs, Resellers, Distributors, and System Integrators across India.
- Clearly communicate the value of Xcitiums cybersecurity solutions and partner program.
- Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and build a strong, qualified pipeline.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and onboarding sessions with Senior Partner Managers.
- Follow up with interested partners and support agreement signing.
- Maintain accurate activity logs within CRM and sales engagement tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record of cold calling and qualifying prospects over the phone.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research, prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and outreach tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services, or software sales.
- Understanding of the channel ecosystem (MSPs, MSSPs, Resellers, SIs).
- Interest in learning cybersecurity technologies like EDR, MDR, endpoint protection, etc.
