About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to build, lead, and nurture our growing network of influencers in Jaipur and nearby regions.

- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and people's person who can drive engagement, manage collaborations, and ensure smooth community operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, manage, and expand a strong influencer community.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with community members.

- Organize meet-ups, campaigns, and collaboration initiatives.

- Act as the key link between the brand and influencers.

- Monitor community sentiment and share actionable insights.

- Handle communication, engagement, and conflict resolution.

- Travel within Jaipur and nearby regions for events and activations.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or in PR/Influencer management.

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management abilities.

- Proactive, approachable, and adaptable personality.

- Comfortable with frequent travel.
